A rather blah day . . .

So, not much to post at all today. My littlest munchkin is sick with slight fever and runny nose and me, well I’ve been feeling sorry for myself, nursing my cramps! Have a happy period, my arse!
Get this — when I was complaining to DH about said cramps, he said to me, why can’t you just be like every other woman in the world and just get on with it? WTF? I could have seriously knocked his block off! I shan’t repeat my reply here, but let’s just say he’s been towing the line and been all goodness and light since his ill advised comment! He even went to the store to pick me up some tampons and then offered to make dinner! And, I think he is going to get the boys all ready for bed! Dead man walking, methinks!
Is that not the stupidest thing on those always pads…that have a happy period statement. I was not impressed when I saw that after 9 months of not having a period.
And I’d love to know what you said to your DH. I need mine to tow the line! I’m pretty sure he knows he’d be a huge whinger if he was the one with a period every month though.
I think my hubby would be nursing his gibblets were he to make that mistake?!
Oh I hope your little one feels better.
