Grease is the word for Gwyneth Paltrow . . .

I hate to gossip, but . . . . did anyone else notice how shiny Gwyneth Paltrow’s legs were on the Tonight Show last night? She is such a beautiful and talented women with killer legs, so what on earth was she thinking?
Apparently, she tried to take some of it off during a commercial break as you can see in the following photograph. Bless!
Is there a new trend in goopy, greasy legs that I’ve missed out on? Please do tell so I can go and raid the hubby’s garage for some grease next time I’m going out!
Seriously, as a fellow mother I have a couple of theories as to what could have happened!
- Theory #1: She was probably putting said lotion on her legs when one of her precious cherubs came over and said “I hewp mummy.” Before she could blink they had grabbed the bottle and poured the whole lot out all over her. The children were probably all pleased with themselves and not wanting to hurt their little feelings plus with moments to spare before her television appearance, she could do nothing more than just rub it all in telling them, “er thanks kiddos!”
- Theory #2: She was running late to her television appearance and hadn’t fed the kids so decided to make a drive thru run to get them some greasy happy meals. The children’s hands were unfortunately all greased up with their nuggets and fries and when they hugged mama’s legs goodbye, she got said grease all over her!
Grease is the word! Or perhaps in this case, goop!!
Eww, she is pretty shiny. I can’t really say anything since I’d kill to have legs in that shape, greasy or not!
I just got your comment about the Blogher meetup. I hadn’t heard of it until you said something but I’m probably not going to go since I don’t really know any of the people going. I was thinking of organizing a FL bloggers meetup sometime in August for people who are in our bloggy circle… You, your sis, Sprite’s Keeper, Mrs Bear (outnumbered 2 to 1). What do you think?

wow, and i thought Paltrow’s legs were distracting before…
Those legs are pretty greasy. She is in amazing shape. I cannot remember what show I saw her on, but she was with her personal trainer. I would love to have her trainer.
