As you can see, it’s very high energy which is just what I need right now to keep those every day stresses in check. Actually, sod the stress relief, I just want the guns and buns of steel. Heh!

It’s called Boot Camp here. Love it! Next to running, it’s my favorite work-out. It really does wonders for your core, which is critical for runners. I love work-out that don’t feel like work-outs.
BTW…Body Pump is another type of work-out here, but not what those filthy Brits are thinking. It’s a work-out with weights.
As for the song, forget the work-out! Intro in the song wore me out just listening to it! Thank God for the slower parts. LOL
