Words can’t really describe how excited I am to be going down to London for the Cybermummy conference this Saturday so I’ll just squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Anyway, I can’t wait to go and see y’all … especially YOU .. yeah … you know who you are.

Mmm, I’m rather disappointed, to be honest. No squealing, no giggling, no bouncing up and down like an irritating cheerleader, no clapping like a deranged seal, no high fives or Yos”s. In fact, nothing to dislike or take the piss out of, really. Your ‘Liikes’ are all sane and sensible (with the exception of chick lit) and your ‘Dislikes’ perfectly sound and reasonable. Heck, you don’t even have a grating American accent (though quite what accent you do have would keep a university of linguists occupied for many years).
So, yes, I’m disappointed. Thank God for your lad creating some background interest, otherwise this one and a half minutes of polite, rational sensibility would have felt like nine minutes of brain-numbing tedium.
